With over two decades of progressive experience, Mr. Okpaka previously worked at Hewlett Packard, where he rose to Regional Manager, HP West Africa. He is also a passionate educator, having lectured at Dorben Polytechnic, inspiring the next generation of technology leaders. Dr. Krakrafaa Thompson Bestman, is a distinguished energy executive and transformational leader whose career reflects excellence, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of WAGL Energy Limited, a strategic joint venture between the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and Sahara Energy.
In this role, he oversees the organization’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions while advancing Nigeria’s global competitiveness in the oil and gas sector. Appointed in October 2022, Dr. Bestman has swiftly positioned WAGL Energy as a forward-looking enterprise that harmonizes technological advancement with ecological responsibility.
