Our Tribes

Building a brotherhood of encouragement, accountability, and support through small groups and one-on-one mentoring.

The Tribe

The Tribes to us represent families. The church at times could be big and vague and might be difficult for some people to fully fit in and acclimatize. The tribes however offers an opportunity for people to Experience smaller family units in church that makes it way easier for them to fit in and grow at a faster pace, thereby making them function better in the bigger church family.

At the tribes, we get to know our brothers and sisters at a personal level. We pray together, study the word together, celebrate achievements and milestones together.

The tribes are a big part in discovery and development of talents. There are lots of leaders in our church today who have developed giftings they never even thought they had, all through the tribes.

One of our greatest desires is that the tribes would be a conduit of unity for all binding us together with chords of love and grace that cannot be broken.

MEET OUR DIFFERENT TRIBES

Tribe Judah (The Tribe of Praise and Leadership)

Judah means “praise,” and this tribe led the way in battle through worship. From Judah came King David and ultimately Jesus—the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

Tribe Judah represents leadership, praise, and breakthrough. This is a tribe of pioneers and atmosphere shifters—those who go first, set the tone, and carry a heart for God’s kingdom. In Judah, we raise our voices in worship, lift others up, and take ground for God through joy, courage, and unrelenting faith.

Tribe Benjamin (The Fearless and Faithful)

Benjamin was the youngest son, often associated with boldness and loyalty. From his tribe came great warriors and the apostle Paul—a leader with zeal, knowledge, and fire.

Tribe Benjamin is a home for the bold-hearted—those who might feel overlooked but are destined for greatness. We foster confidence, growth, and unshakable faith. Here, we learn to rise up in spiritual authority, walk in love and truth, and carry God’s strength wherever we go.

Tribe Joseph (The Dreamers and Visionaries)

Joseph was a dreamer, a man of integrity, and a symbol of divine favour and fruitfulness—even in difficult circumstances. His sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, became tribes themselves, showing multiplication and legacy.

Tribe Joseph stands for vision, resilience, and destiny. We are a family of creatives, builders, and innovators—people with big dreams and the grace to walk them out. In this tribe, gifts are discovered, callings are sharpened, and generations are impacted. We celebrate progress, support one another, and walk boldly in God’s favour.

Tribe Levi (The Heart of Worship and Service)

Levi was set apart for priesthood and service in God’s house. As the custodians of worship, they ministered before the Lord and guided others into His presence. In The Tribes, Tribe Levi represents the spiritual core—those devoted to prayer, intercession, teaching, and leading others in deeper intimacy with God.

At Tribe Levi, we value spiritual discipline, servant leadership, and dedication to God’s presence. We grow together by building each other up in the Word and developing a lifestyle of worship and reverence. If you’re hungry for more of God and ready to serve others, you’ll thrive here.

Beyond Bounds

Beyond Bounds is an annual festival we consider as our Christian Olympics. It is an opportunity for the various tribes to come together and compete in various activities and events.

This builds capacity, fosters great sportsmanship and develops the mental capacity of the people.
So whilst we pray, fast and meditate on God’s word, Beyond Bounds also gives us all an opportunity to further develop our physical and mental abilities.
